On Saturday the 7th of November we are teaming up with Coda Di Volpe to provide a genuinely healthy dinner! The restaurant, which is in Ealing, London, will be opening their doors from 19:30 for a completely gluten free feast created by Coori!
We are happy to announce that Coori is almost ready to ship gluten free panettone direct to your door! From the beginning of November you will be able to pre-order this festive food to be delivered in time for Christmas! And of course after Christmas you will be able to continue ordering panettone on our website so that you can enjoy all year round! Panettone can be enjoyed in many different ways, such as by adding cream, fruits or even a sweet liqueur. However you prefer to enjoy it, we are committed to making sure you can always do so!
A Sunday roast is arguably one of the best British cuisine traditions and it is incredibly easy to put your very own spin on this meal. Yorkshire puddings are an absolute essential in this dish but they can also be eaten with other meals. Whether you’re eating them in a roast or in a meal of your own creation, making them from scratch is undoubtedly the best way to go!
With this recipe I am going to show you how to make mini empanadas using our very own fresh pasta mix! Empanadas are traditionally made by folding dough or bread with a stuffing such as meat or cheese. In this dish I am going to use shredded chicken with a combination of spices and sweetcorn. My empanadas make for a fantastic gluten free appetizer, especially at a dinner party where you are entertaining those who are intolerant or allergic to gluten!
This dish is as fun to make as it is delicious! It is great to serve as a starter or side dish during a dinner party or even simply for an indulgent meal for one. With just a little bit of practice you will soon be a pro at making this recipe which is pleasantly filling and wonderfully nourishing. The dish will take approximately 30 minutes to cook and will serve four people.
